This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:using the zanpakuto mod station with a shikai that has extremely low stats makes them go below 100% in shikai and negative stats in bankai

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1)get a low boost shikai
2)damage it atleast 2 times
3)Use shikai and then bankai

When does the problem NOT occur? When the zanpakutou has High stats

Also i reproduced that bug with mayuri zanpakuto that has a 5% rei boost
