Dream Maker refuses to Run

Problem description:
Every time I try to compile the above, I get this window here.

I clearly have no errors. Tried redownloading BYOND itself, nothing works. Though it is interesting to note that Dream Seeker refuses to reinstall itself, citing admin privileges, but everything else installs just fine. Not sure if that affects Dream Maker at all.

Or rather, every time I compile and run the above, it gives me that window.

Move this to BYOND Help.

Dream Seeker refuses to install itself is a good chance why you're getting this message.
Check your anti-virus programs. Add the BYOND suite to exceptions.

Think you need to reinstall byond. You might be mission some files.
