Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, I was wondering if someone would be able to provide what's known as a 'ping' verb, that basically makes the icon on the taskbar start flashing/glowing for the person it's used on.

I guess it's sort of more like an 'alert' verb, in that sense. If anyone's able to shed light on this or help out, it'd be greatly appreciated.
