Eternia: Battlegrounds

Descriptive Problem Summary:
Hotkeys don't get reset/loaded on empty slots of a character, from another character using the character switch.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1: Have two characters.
2: Load into one and set some skills on the hotkeys, multiple preferably.
3: Switch to the other character, who is empty of skills.

You should still see the skills from the previous character set into your empty character's hotkeys. Should the second character have skills set in the hotkeys however, they will properly be replaced. Of course, none of the "ported" skills work on the empty character.

Expected Results:
Hotkeys resetting and loading the other character's.

Actual Results:
No reset of hotkeys and skills will appear if second character's slots are empty. Filled slots will load properly.

Workarounds:
Closing the game and relogging into the second character. Hotkeys will be loaded properly.
