BYOND will not start up, but it shows in my task manager under processes, and after I've installed and uninstalled several times, it still won't start up.
I'd like to start using BYOND as soon as possible, so please give me a resolution to the problem.

Click the BYOND icon on the task bar usually hidden under a sliding menu. It's launching, but the location is offscreen.

Same situation as this guy, there is no window "off screen".
