What version 1.0 included:
- A complete conversion from RP to PvP. Gutting RP features and adding new ones, such as the PvP toggle, levelling, and safezones.
- Music for the titlescreen and overworld, as well as some basic SFX that we intend to expand on in the future.
- Guild Event: City Conquest. Cities can be contested for control in a PvP deathmatch, and the guild with the most kills once the event ends takes over the city. Each city under the control of a guild gives all members a passive bonus of +10% vitality.
- PvE Event: Public Quests. Active quests around the map where monsters and bosses are spawned into the world. Any player can participate and will be awarded if they fulfil the quest objective. Monsters spawned in these quests have unique loot lists.
- Gear sets that give a stat bonus if you're wearing the entire set's items. Example: Crimson Cuirass, Crimson Greaves, and Crimson Boots provide an additional +10 strength while all three are equipped.
- Consumables have been reworked. They freeze the player in a cast frame and the sprite fades in overhead as the effect is applied.
- Players can only join one guild now, and they have a limit of 15 members.
- New Item Type: Consumables. They freeze the player in a cast frame and the sprite fades in overhead as the effect is applied.
- New Item: Aether Shard. An extremely rare item. When three have been collected, it forms something special.
- All items in the game have been reworked as we sort out the shopkeepers and loot lists.
- Monster levels and stats have been reworked.
- Dozens of miscellaneous adjustments, fixes, and additions.
Our main focus now will be adding instanced dungeons to the game, as well as more PvP events, and a remake of the current quest system so adding new quests isn't as complicated as it is at the moment. Stay tuned!
