When you go to the logincert and specify a redirect domain outside of byond.com it appends a "logincert" to it. Is there anything you can actually do with this?

Nope. It's something DMCGI uses.

There's gotta be something that can be done with the world.Export() or something like that though?

Not really, the only reason I know of that it exists at all is for DMCGI login usage. There's nothing else on the web that really utilizes BYOND's login page besides BYOND itself and DMCGI sites.
