Descriptive Problem Summary:

The gamepad mapping dialog still had problems, and would not allow new mappings to be created. Selecting an item from the "Map to" dropdown would cause all dropdowns to clear.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Choose the Gamepad Mapping menu option.
2) Create a new mapping.
3) Choose an option for the first dropdown such as GamepadFace1 (any choice will do).
4) Choose an option for the "Map to" dropdown.

Expected Results:

The second option should stick, and hitting OK will create the mapping.

Actual Results:

Both dropdowns are cleared.
