This issue has been resolved.
Swatching still uses TILE_WIDTH and TILE_HEIGHT from a previous revision rather than obeying one fourth and one third respectively the imported height and width as the tile size.

This causes errors when attempting to generate an autotile that is larger than the tile size on either dimension.
