I posted this last week and didn't get a solution.
Object's names aren't defaulting to the node name. Is there a cause for this? The only thing I can think of is it messed up when I updated Byond?
In other words, objects are being created nameless, and because of that, I can't click them or drag them or anything

If changing your byond version didn't fix it try creating a new object with a name already defined to it, don't do anything with it, and print out it's name in the next line. If it didn't change then its not something in your new() in that case it might be related to a mouse proc u overrode
