Progeny Update! Alpha Testers List & More!

Can we have a drum roll please! The Staff of Progeny and Spector Entertainment are proud to announce the Alpha testers list for Progeny!

And the randomly selected winners are:

Traiken


Plus of course, the staff: Worldweaver, Wildrogue, Elexophus, and So Lex.

Congratulations guys! And sorry to those who have not been selected. We plan to start testing in about 1-2 weeks on the weekend, emails and IM's will be sent out! If one of our testers can't make it or has not replied, a replacement will be found.

And yes, we do have an update in store for you this week!

First off, we've added a bunch of new skills:

Preview:

Enrage(Attribute: Strength):
Enrage gives the user a temporary boost of adrenaline, improving their strength and dexterity for a limited time.

Lightning(Attribute: Intelect):
Projects a long beam of damaging lightning, Make sure to step out of the way of this attack!

Heal(Attribute: Heart):
The basic healing spell, boosts the HP of yourself of a member of your party. But that's not all, you can use it easily by clicking on the representation of a party member in the On-Screen party system.


Wait, wait, wait. On-Screen party system?

Glad you asked, basically the name is what it says, and we've provided you with a quick screenie:



Note, overlays are present on a party member's representation. But, as Wild is a member of the Chip 'N Dale's United Guild, he chose not to wear any clothes


Finally, we got around to adding in the damage overlays, which took all of five seconds once we had started, we plan to pretty up the numbers by next week:

Oh damn, that's nice. I got chosen for something that I saw one post about and decided it's a good game. GO ME! :D Whoo, something new coming out and I get to be first, this is going to be a sexy game indeed.

This looks great, I can't wait. I want to actually play a good RPG, not some MJ looking RPG or FFL game. I hope this will start a revolution to BYOND RPGs.
