Dream maker can't be opened

So when i open Dreammaker, either from the file or Byond, it gives me this http://prntscr.com/d9rdb0 when i press it no window appears, i have windows 10 64bit.

Here are the things i've tried :
Compability mode 8/vista/xp
Run as administrator
Update Byond
Download beta
Reinstalling
restarting pc
disabling firewall
disabling anti virus

I've had this problem for a week and i can't fix it, please respond as soon as possible

Try going to your BYOND data folder at My Documents\BYOND, and find cfg/maker.txt. See if there's a window-pos line, and if so, delete it. Then try opening Dream Maker again.

I had this problem once, so if that doesn't work go-to task manger click the arrow next to Dream maker then Right Click Name - Dream Maker and click Maximize.

I've had to do this for the pager also a few times because its like the pager and dream maker go off screen.
