Skin's Resize Command doesn't get called

Bumping this 2016 post to say that now even maximizing the window isn't calling the on-size event. Windows 11 64 pro.

Don't even have to say that the predefined layouts at the top of the screen when dragging also don't trigger the event.

Please lum :(

Lummox JR resolved issue with message:
The on-size command should now fire for windows in more situations than it used to.
