Israel kills westerners on a regular basis, British, German, French, they don't really care and the soldiers are never charged, in lucky cases they might get a slap on the wrist.

Since like the 40's? Its not usually that big, but the BBC had a big thing on not so long ago when there was two instances, both by the IDF of shooting British people, the first was some dude who was trying to stop a bulldozer because there was children inside (the building that was gunna be bulldozed), the other was a Brit who was doing a documentary, the soldier just went up to him, shot him at point blank, for no reason. In that case, our government did try to get Israel to do something, but all they said was "We've dealt with it" and the soldier was back on duty after about a week.

What, from this blog? That Israel is breaking international law, that its much worse than anyone else breaking international law, that they don't even try to hide it, and while everyone worries about Cuba, Iran, NK, and the problems we'll have having China and Russia as superpowers, nobody does anything about Israel, its government and "Defence" force get away with a lot of things it shouldn't.

Yes, occupying land, killing civilians unnecessarily, not allowing basic rights to people, torturing and detaining people, Having nuclear weapons without any treaties, using banned weapons, not observing human rights and the Geneva convention, firing not only on innocent people, but the Red Cross and the United Nations, and now Germany :P

LDHDIFDH I'm afraid you have been duped by your government, first, Hezbollah only exists because of your countries occupation of Lebanon in the 80's, and the fact that Israel didn't really completely leave in 2000. You complain of rockets that barely kill anyone, the Lebanese complain of Israelis killing indiscriminately with Ships, Tanks, Planes, chemical weapons, banned weapons; and many like you try to play the innocent card.
I know your young, and I know you don't want to think bad of your country, but unfortunately it hasn't done a lot of good things, and until it starts being nicer to people, realising that it is one country out of 180 in the world, then it'll start to realise that there is a place for it in this world if it accepts responsibilities. Right now though, its not good for you, Hezbollah and Palestinian groups aren't the problem, your government is. Nothing will change till Israeli's realise this. | |

Personally, I'd say Lebanon lost the war, all the reconstruction of their country was destroyed, all their industries and tourism destroyed, lives and homes destroyed.
Israel didn't gain anything, but Lebanon lost a lot. | |
