How to nudge pictures/icons

I did this before, but I forgot how to do it again. How exactly do I nudge a picture? I have it set as a icon and I gave it the capabilities for when it's clicked the commands run, but it's just out of line with the frame (on the map) that I was trying to line it with. I tried Right clicking but it is never highlighted so i can nudge and I tried the shortcut for nudging but it doesn't work either.

Super Saiyan X	You can change the pixel_x/pixel_y offsets.

Super Saiyan X	Are the pictures set as a turf? You can't nudge turfs, iirc.

DGS Keelan	Hey dudes, could you help me out with my problem, I have an image larger than 32x32 overlaying onto a mob of 32x32, but as a result of it being larger the overlay is out of line with the mob. I tried doing the pixel_x and _y but it moves the mob the same amount, making no difference to the alignment.
