Hello, I am trying to bring back a game but when I install it off of the page (It's Naruto: The Last Battle btw) I can't seem to get the code files. I don't want to tamper with them much except to give myself admin commands ingame. Is there anyway to find the files because all I see is a RSC file and DMB file, thanks for the help.

The game didn't have its source files released, only the host files. There's not much you can do if the developer didn't provide any way to obtain said powers without the source.
