5 TP's to buy one as the leader of a guild. You could randomly be assigned one of the houses in SS for it. Only guild members can enter, and you also get a teleport to guildhouse verb. would be cool imo.

A fair idea, only limited by the finite number of buildings vs the theoretically infinite number of guilds. We'll work on it.
