In other news, I'm upgrading to ActionScript 3. Mostly because of improved MovieClip functionality (new MovieClip() instead of this.attachMovie()) and apparantly a speed increase from AS2 to AS3 of 10x and in some cases (string manipulation), 100x! 10 times as fast is good enough but 100? I am going to have to relearn some stuff but the advantages far outweight the disadvantages.
