For every moment where they're unbearably cute like that, there are 10 more where they'll make you want to punt them across the room...lol

Every little girl I've ever known was like that... Extremely cute once in a while, combined with many more instances of being extremely bratty (especially my little niece, which is about that age)...

Though it works out alright if you're only around them when they're being cute, and get to leave them with their owners when they switch to the other side...
