Well, I cannot connect to my own server (through the webclient or the link) though BYOND hub reports port *bla bla* can be reached by players:

(I can also enter the server through the yellow button)
I have already port forwarded those ports:

And i added Dream Daemon as a permit rule in the Windows Firewall as well in the AVG's one.
Also, static IP:

My computer is a HP TouchSmart 210 with Wi-Fi. Windows 10.

First step: Uninstall AVG, stake it, and burn the body. AVG hasn't been a reputable piece of software in many years. Switch to something else.

The fact that the hub says it can reach your game means that your port forwarding is working. The problem is when you're trying to connect, which means it's with the outgoing connection from Dream Seeker, and it may possibly be due to the way your router handles loopback connections.
