This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:

I believe the changes in 511.1348 (relating to the gamepad stuff) changed things up where the F1 and F2 keys are no longer re-bindable. F1 will now always bring up Options & Messages, and F2 will always take a screenshot.


EDIT: Actually, this is only the case if the F1 and F2 keys aren't set in the skin by default. If the F1 and F2 keys are rebound via winset(), they won't apply.
