The last update messed up certain overlays of icons. I'm not sure how to fix this but it seems like a layering issue. Now some of my icons show up behind the turf.

If you have layers that are absurdly high they'll be treated as BACKGROUND_LAYER now, you'll need to use more reasonable numbers.
