Err hiya czoaf, dont judge me XD first time ive ever tried iconning, i tried making a weapon - Kabuto Ussops Weapon-

Err technique 1 - Aoe- gives everyone in the users screen get -50speed-

Technique 2 - Slow Ray - Shoots a slow-slow Beam which does damage and the victim takes -300 speed for 5 or 10 seconds-
