Is it at all feasible to implement a way to host a game with only a .dmb file(not possible to recompile) on your version of BYOND and not the last version it was compiled in?

The reason I'm asking for this is because there are a couple of BYOND bugs solved on an old game I'm playing, but I have no way of compiling it to take advantage of them.
