So, with the web client being a huge focus with HUDs, I feel like Dream Seeker is being slightly neglected when it comes to HUDs. Yes, we have the interface file, but let's be honest, it's pretty...outdated and lackluster. I'm not sure HOW feasible my idea is, but here it goes:
As you know, when you want to create a HUD, it requires lots of logic and coding. We can be putting all that time from HUDs into something else, in my opinion. The idea I had to handle HUDs MUCH easier would be a grid system over the window that you can manually place HUD Objects. Sort of how the current Interface .dmf file works, but you manually code the interface's functions in DM and give it procedures on what it can and can't do. If the technology is there, I also believe you could add CSS support for it, but I'm not sure.
Once again, it's a harmless idea. If it's not feasible, it's fine.
