Connection died

This one server on RP Infinite won't let me join. When I do join, the ad plays and then it says connection died and leads to the world information screen. The info tab however is completely white and I cannot progress past that screen.
Also what does it mean if a player is unavailable in Byond chat?

"Connection died" means you were disconnected. Without it giving more info I couldn't say why.

You can always try sending a pager message to the host, and see if they can look into it. Even if it says they're not available, they may see it on the site.
