They don't need every single person to pay 15 dollars. They aren't out to get rich you know. I can't even imagine how much money BYOND has drained out of Dantom since they started. All this would do, is allow people who liked BYOND a lot to show their enthusiasm, get a few little goodies for it, and they'd end up being the ones who kept the BYOND website and it's servers up and running without driving Dantom into the ground.
Without this Dantom would go bankrupt, I'd imagine. | |
Or they would just have to flat out cut alot of the things like pager, hub, etc.
