I want to know if:

Ram: 1024 MB
Disk: 20Gb
Traffic: 1000 Gb
work's fine

I would say your Ram seems pretty low, in typical most processes run better with at least 2 Gb or more ram and better since SS13 can be a little more demanding then most BYOND games
