Sorry you feel that way about us and our products. For starters, you wouldn't understand the reasoning for the Iccumania name. There's no superiority in the name at all. In no way, shape, or form do we think we are more superior than any person or organization on BYOND and beyond. The original idea was for a casino type game on BYOND, which was initially called Iccusion Casino. We wanted to stay away from the whole casino title, so we merged them together. Thus, Iccusino was born. After a couple weeks of production, we decided to widen the range of games and brought in the idea for pool and miniature golf. And we probably will not stop there.
As for the last contest, there are about 40 entries, so it's not exactly easy to get them all judged. We have other things to get done and lives to live. The judges do have lives, you know. To sum things up, it shouldn't be much longer until we get the final results posted! Edit: I actually had this post going for a couple hours at work, helping customers and plugging in to it as I wasn't busy. If anybody was wondering why I posted an hour after Jack said some of the same things. | |

Until you can answer that, I'll tell you that we're judging the entries, though I doubt we'll be awarding all of the places we initially stated, as NO ONE submitted any in the month extention, and most of the games seemed to be joke-entries that were put together in a few minutes. Honestly, if I were running the contest, I would cancel it because there were only about three or four decent entries, with maybe one honorable mention.
We decided to do Iccu[whatever], due to lack of any other name. If you have a problem with it, simply call them iMania, iCasino, iPool, iGolf or iPutt. Or just call it the Iccusion Casino.
It's not like we called it the Wii or something like that. :-/
