Can't use banners to join

I can join games from the program itself, but banners on websites don't work. This happened when I tried to get a newer version. Also I have a ghost Icon of Byond on my taskbar. I have purged all Byond related files from my computer and it's still fuckin up.

website launching is a browser feature, called protocol handlers.

So we would need to know what browser and version. you are using to even begin to help you.
