Webclient shows hidden .dms windows(?)

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
This has been happening for a couple of versions now, I just decided to report it now that I actually turned on my PC.

I'll have to look at this. Unfortunately the best way to test this is with source. I know that another project I tested quite recently has windows with is-visible=false, and they don't appear at startup.
