Because this is the same as Be-yond. They're pronounced the same.

We've had this conversation at least once a year since 2001. Dan and Tom have both specified that it's pronounced "BeYOND".

I'll go with my gods on this one even though it's been more LeeYOND in recent years.

but forreals though i pronounce BYOND as Beyond i dont know why when it says the big word BYOND i say Beyond xD but know saying it BYOND sounds weird asf
