Paths will become strings. NaN and Infinity are handled.

ive used json in some database applications. But never in a game. Still trying to think of what the actual benefits are.

While regular expressions are my baby in non video game applications. I can't see a heavy use for it but its nice to be in their. The plane stuff looks interesting.

Allowing players to filter and search through TCG decks could be one use. Any form of history search/filters. Admin searches. Collection searches. List searches.
