Holy freaking crap! I recently found out that in D/P you'll be able to transfer pokemon from your Rupy/Sapphire/Emerald/FireRed/LeafGreen versions! That's HUGE!! That's what I've always loved about the pokemon games too, they always make buying the last games worth it. Now I'm not 100% on this but was there a way to get every Johto Pokemon in FireRed/LeafGreen? I think I'm gonna try to collect all 400-500 (Dunno how many new ones there are) just for kicks.
Also was anybody else surprised when you could trade FireRed/LeafGreen Pokemon back to R/S? Like Charizard etc., ones that weren't in the R/S pokedex. It's really great that they thought ahead.

i have versions ruby ,safire, emmerald ,and leaf green.... but i have not beat the intimer games once but i got a groudon on ruby. i have all three L birds on leaf. and i have notin on safire. on emerald i have a groudon. and on leaf i have a lvl 76 crazard.

I have like 382 pokemon caught on my Leaf green version. I think I'm only missing pincer and tauros and a couple rares in the safari zones.
