Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to download and get byond to work on my chromebook. All the other tutorials that I've seen are way too complicated. I was wondering if someone........anyone could help me PLEASE?

It is possible I did part of it but i screwed up somewhere and it didn't do it.

It's definetly possible to play outside the webclient on Linux through WINE, but I'm unsure how well you'll be able to run WINE on a chromebook.

Well i had ubuntu and wine installed and downloaded it that way but it wouldn't even open so i just scrapped it and im trying to do something easier and less complicated |

I don't know but the chrome book I got might be the one you're mentioning I couldn't download anything if it wasn't from the app store. My mom got it from walmart or best buy for like $200.

Have you tried putting your Chromebook into developer mode? That's the first thing I did when I got mine, so I actually can't speak from experience on non-developer mode stuff. I bought a Chromebook 13 for that sweet, sweet ARM (Tegra K1, quad-core ARM baby) action.
