Iconning tutorial part 1(beginners)

ok...if any of u want to learn how to icon and have no clue about it...this is the place to go...sonic describes everything that u would need to know about iconning in this library...going to put up a iconning tutorial part 2(amatuer) and iconning tutorial part 3(expert) up later...thank all the people who kept on being annoying for putting this up
