Show all files show empty folders

"Show all files" will now include empty directories in the file tree.

This issue has been resolved.
The "Show all files" checkbox doesn't show empty folders. I'm the kinda guy that likes to create a whole bunch of folders before hand, and the only easy way to manage this is to copy/paste a random file into each one to make them show up in the editor for easier access.

It'd be nice if they just showed up so I could click them to create something in their directory.
