Can't join ONLY this one server.

I have windows 7, both firewall and anti virus turned off currently (Honestly, this has nothing to do with this problem). And, there is only one server on the game I want to play that I can't join. I can join EVERY server, no matter of this game or other games, and no, I am not banned at all, I am positive, 101%.

Would be real helpful if someone helped me out with this?
