Marijuana can lead to other hardcore drugs (based on articles found on the internet, meaning this should not be taken seriously.. I think) and people can potentially become addicated to it (or am I thinking of meth... meh)

Likewise, BYOND is (except for those who went through rehab) addictive and can lead to other hardcore programming.

Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not.

Don't be surprised if the blue paint of BYOND melts away and turns into green!

You can become addicted to marijuana, you just have to have a very addictive personality(it's like becoming addicted to MMORPGs pretty much.)

(that website is a pretty good source. It's not one of those ZOMG DRUGS ARE IMMORAL sites, nor is it one of those retard "duuuude drugs can enlighten the human raaace" sites. It's a kind of middle ground 'this is what drugs do to you tia' ones. I've seen posters and shit advertising it in schools, so it gives help to those who want to stop but isn't all "okay contact your local dealer for more info".)

Saying it's not addictive is wrong, because it is. It's just not nearly as addictive as stuff like cigarettes and World of Warcraft.

No, it's not. When saying a compound is not addictive, it means that your body does not develop a physical dependency to it. In any case, that's how I meant it, because meaning it in any other fashion is just plain stupid - people can become psychologically addicted to absolutely ANYTHING, so saying, "oh heroin is addictive," would mean absolutely nothing.
