A small thing, but IIRC there's a formatter running when you save a file. Specifically, empty lines get truncated. I have no problem with this behavior, but could the file be reloaded when you save it, so that the lines are truncated as you're editing?

Is this easy to do? It's not a must - we really ought to work on the BYONDclipse version more - but if it's just a function call somewhere after the save routine it could be a 5 minute thing.
