So curiosity got the better of me today and I used the console command teofis to see underwater. I swam most of the ocean area because I really wanted to find a sea monster or something. I found not only no sea monsters, but no sea life at all. The ocean is remarkably empty, but it's also remarkably well-decorated. Since I could see underwater, I was able to see just how many things there are on the ocean floor. It's covered in fallen planes and sunken boats. They never have anything inside of them, but some of them even tell stories. There was one situation where I kept finding cars on the ocean floor and wondering "why are there cars on the ocean floor?" Well, I discovered a giant sunken boat that was trying to transport cars off of the land. It sunk, and the cars fell off with it, leaving a trail of them on the ocean floor.

There were some other minor things, but overall far less attention to detail than on land in regards to the ship wrecks. It was interesting, but I'd give up trying to find anything cool in the ocean.

Same goes for the lakes.

Well most players won't be spending much time underwater given the radiation so that's expected.
Well the aquaboy perk was practically begging me to explore, so I got my hopes up a little.
I have to admit the perk tree is pretty overwhelming. I:

I also found a Junkie's Swatter that does more damage when suffering from withdrawals. (Y)
I like that's it deep, yet simplified over past iterations. I much prefer this over allotting like 15 points between a bunch of stats.
Agreed, but I've been struggling with where to put my points.

Protip to anyone who hasn't played yet: prioritize unlocking advanced picklocking and advanced hacking because you need both of them a lot.

I try to only attack when provoked or somebody says someting ride in passing. Lolol
I accidentally attacked Preston Garvey and he got really pissed. He wouldn't calm down, so I ran off. When I got back, he was in my power armor shooting everything like a mad man. He's calmed down now after some time, but he won't get out of the power armor.

Luckily there are plenty to choose from lying around the Commonwealth.
My Preston tends to end up on rooves when i leave him in Sanctuary. Lol
Is it me or does Piper fucking love sitting down on furniture? I've seen her sitting down while I was in a gunfight indoors.
Piper is my main companion. She does sit down a lot but i haven't seen her sit during a gunfight. She usually jumps into the firefight before me. Lol
just gonna play fallout 3 until I can afford a next gen

10/10.
I'm starting to get sick of the menu system on PC. I hope somebody makes some equivalent to Sky UI for Fallout 4. When you're collecting this much junk and it makes you wade through all of it in order to transfer something to your companion, it gets really annoying really fast.
Makes you wonder if bethesda made fallout 4 for the consoles or for the pc.
I found this on Reddit and had to put it here:
