Good luck, another reason this game isn't even close to as popular as Dragon Universe has to do with Zasif taking things far to seriously and getting upset at things not even insulting or directed at him.

When it first started and there were rumors of Pay 2 play, I made a comment about how pay 2 play games are losing popularity like crazy and that free 2 play with costumes and stuff to buy to look cool is actually far more popular but Zasif took this as me insulting him and attacked me with threats, I then said that I didn't really care if I was banned .-. it's just a game. So he's banned me. He seems to snap at next to nothing, and is very trigger happy with his bans. On top of it, he doesn't just account ban, he IP/System bans so you just can never play again, he also doesn't unban people, ever, for any reason. I've apologized, but kids just don't get it these days, even if you they believe they're better and smarter due to knowing how to code(or simply having access to your parents money), it doesn't make up for immaturity.

I find the appropriate way to moderate online is too ignore those with insults and focus on those that actually cause harm to the gameplay itself, but kids take both themselves, and others opinions far too seriously.
How about stopping the people who spam skills just outside spawn for hours on end so new players can never get anywhere, also keeping the player base bellow what it should be. All issues with poor ownership and moderation.
