"oview(Dist,Center=usr)" - BYOND ref

Just spent a good thirty minutes wondering why my hearers(5) wasn't working inside of a proc.

I understand why this can't be changed now since it'd break old projects that used it like this, but god damn I'm mad. Whoever did this in the first place can do one.
The default value of 'usr' like that is common across many aspects of the language and should usually be assumed true any place there's things in play utilizing default values.

However, standard practice over the years has become to always provide the view/hear/range family of proc with both arguments; nobody even cares what order you provide them, as long as they're both there.
I'm still angry. I'm here to rant. Don't disagree with me, just be angry. C'mon Nadrew. Give me your best "Grr"
I think it's this way because of how they're used in src setting for procs and verbs. Speaking of, that doesn't support bounds or bounds_dist yet...
