people who don't believe in ghosts are gullible and easily manipulated by media, like all the people who are still waiting for confirmation of life on mars.

Do I personally believe ghosts exist? Nope, thanks to Derren Brown.
Is it possible ghosts are real? Yeah, about as possible as religions being true. But if there was a way to get proof, it'd be public knowledge. Ouija boards and 'spirit gear' are not proof. |
To be fair, ouiji boards and others of the like are religious items, not exactly scientific ghost capturing proton traps.

Devices designed to "capture ghosts" commonly are based on very light factors with which normal situations could simulate what appears to be ghosts.

Science does have boundaries, and those boundaries are when someone claims something that can not be measured. If you claim to be seeing something, then it is in principle measurable the result of having seen it, as the brain is not a black box that acts in a manner totally undetectable.
