Just thought this portion needed a post. The ears look better on actual turfs rather than a solid color...

Looks awesome, as usual, except I think the shoulders should move a bit with the arms to give it a more natural walking look.

Found out a simple program I already had...

I know its terrible, I just used that sprite as a test...

But anyways, very nice work Zenig.
