This is a Stargate icon I made. I'm planning on making the event horizon right now, but I wanted to show BYOND what I'd made so far.

Could someone show me a good way to make an event horizon for it? I can't find any tutorials on water or waves...

i don't know what it is you need, but i like the icon. i've never seen the show, but i don't see how you can make it any better. looks fine to me.

Well what I need is the Event Horizon. In the show when the gate is activated the part that you step through looks like a pool of water with a light from the center. Here's a picture: http://www.sg-999.org.uk/stargate2.jpg

I see...Try making it on Dream Maker using the Alpha Slider.
