When I ban/unban someone via Admin History on a hub, the page isn't updated properly.
Refreshing "fixes" this issue.
Secondly, unbanning someone doesn't show up in the admin log as seen in the image above.

Page to be updated properly.
In the event of unbanning someone, that action should be displayed in admin history.
Actual Results:
Page doesn't update properly.
In the event of unbanning someone, that action isn't recorded.
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every.
In other games? Website issue
In other user accounts? Dunno
On other computers? Dunno
When does the problem NOT occur?
Thus far, it always occurs.
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
I have no idea. It worked properly when I was a moderator, so any time between now and a year ago.
Workarounds:
It's not really a pressing matter. For the display issue, just refreshing works. For the unban action not being recorded, not much can be done about that.
