I assume you're talking about the Blue Book. Mine came Priority Mail ($3.50), the cheapest (reliable) way to send something of that size. I assume the other $1.50 accounts for the envelope, the labels, and the miscellaneous hassles involved in shipping something infrequently. Maybe in the interest of completeness, they should add "and handling." But considering the way that Dantom does business right now (at a loss to themselves, that is, and a gain to us), I'm not about to split hairs.
