You could put dime-payment and subscription into your games on the hub, and also it's possible to include payments in a game such that other players (rather than the author) get paid. So in theory one could imagine a game that allows players to earn dimes by completing tasks, or trading, etc.

I also have a tourney system for one of my games in which everyone pays a few dimes to get in and the top players get a few dimes.
