Decent but not willing to work for people. Also byond really isn't a good place for sprites for rpg's. You should try looking for a different forum.

At least, not for free. Most people come to byond because they want to make their own things, but aren't interested in doing the twenty thousand lines of code it takes to make anything in most of the other languages. If you're looking for free stuff, go where people make graphics to contribute to the general crowd, where they make them for fame, not for money. It seems most of the people here make graphics for their own use.
